Twice a year we survey JCATS riders and ask 4 questions:

 

1) Would you recommend JCATS to family & friends?

2) Are JCATS buses clean?

3) Are JCATS drivers courteous & helpful?

4) Does JCATS get you where you need to go in a timely manner?

 

The results are extraordinarily favorable and continue to improve.
