This in-patient center can assist with support and care of an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, bereavement counselors, volunteers and chaplains. The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services provides counseling, training, education, transportation, job placement, assistive technology and other support services. These services are provided to people with physical, psychiatric or intellectual disabilities to assist them with living independently and with finding a job and staying on the job.

Medicare Plans Medicare is a federal insurance program that provides health coverage to eligible enrollees. Although the program’s funding comes from taxes, beneficiaries must pay monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and coinsurance for many of the services they receive. Some enrollees even have to pay a premium for Medicare Part A, increasing the total cost of coverage. For Medicare beneficiaries with low incomes, it can be difficult to absorb these out-of-pocket costs. In some cases, if you have limited income and resources, you can get help from Medicaid to pay premiums and other Medicare expenses.
